Super Sema

Super Sema is a STEAM-adventure series set in Africa, following a girl STEM lead through various adventures and challenges, and it offers genuinely rare representation for this particular genre -- both in terms of setting and in centering a girl in a STEM-focused leadership role, which remains uncommon across children's animation more broadly even today. The adventure plots themselves carry real narrative weight and some complexity, which means this is best suited to the older end of our age range rather than very young toddlers who may struggle to follow along.
