GoNoodle built its reputation on short, energetic movement and dance-along breaks specifically designed for classrooms to burn off kids' energy between lessons, and that core purpose comes through clearly -- it's genuinely useful for exactly that, and the classic library, including the kind of song we picked as a starting point, holds up well years later. At the time we put this review together, though, the channel's newest uploads were centered on a 'Camp GoNoodle' summer series that leans more toward cooking and general activity content than the classic dance-break format the channel is actually known for. That means the movement-break content that made GoNoodle popular takes a bit of searching to find rather than showing up automatically, so it's worth going in with a specific video in mind rather than trusting autoplay to surface the classics.
